{"id":3547,"date":"2019-07-30T10:45:08","date_gmt":"2019-07-30T00:15:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/?p=3547"},"modified":"2019-07-30T10:45:10","modified_gmt":"2019-07-30T00:15:10","slug":"livetiles-asxlvt-posts-another-record-result","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/livetiles-asxlvt-posts-another-record-result\/","title":{"rendered":"LiveTiles (ASX:LVT) posts another record result"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Workplace productivity company <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strawman.com\/member\/company\/forecasts\/LVT\">LiveTiles<\/a><\/strong> (ASX:LVT) today unveiled a raft of encouraging figures for the latest quarter, helping to push shares back towards their 52-week high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company, which develops software that integrates a raft of 3rd party solutions, saw annualised recurring revenue (ARR) hit $40.1 million, a gain of 167% over the past year. As can be seen from the chart below, the acquisition of Wizdom during the year helped deliver a step-change to ARR, although excluding this LiveTiles said growth would have been 114%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3548\" width=\"509\" height=\"361\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-1.jpg 1017w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-1-300x213.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-1-768x544.jpg 768w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-1-800x567.jpg 800w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-1-670x475.jpg 670w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-1-45x32.jpg 45w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 509px) 100vw, 509px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>ARR is now over 10-times what it was only two short years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Driving this increase was a 71% increase in customer numbers, which now sit at 919. Additionally, thanks to cross-selling, bundling and other initiatives, the average revenue per customer increased by a solid 56%, continuing the trend we&#8217;ve seen over the past few years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3549\" width=\"492\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-2.jpg 984w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-2-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-2-768x547.jpg 768w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-2-800x570.jpg 800w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-2-670x477.jpg 670w, https:\/\/strawman.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/LVT-2-45x32.jpg 45w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 492px) 100vw, 492px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>LiveTiles also said that the number of transaction partners (resellers that have closed at least one transaction) grew by 89% to 178.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of this has, of course, translated into a boost to cash receipts from customers. For the final quarter of FY2019, cash collected from customers grew 130% to $7.9 million. Still, LiveTiles remains a cash flow negative proposition once expenses are accounted for. Indeed, underlying expenses came in higher than originally forecast; $15.3 million for the quarter compared to the $14.5 million it guided for back in March. For the current quarter, LiveTiles said to expect expenses to come in around $15.9 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LIveTiles said this was due to efforts aimed at supporting growth and was supported by the boost in cash receipts. On a net basis, operating cash flows continue to trend towards the all-important breakeven point.
