I've listened to the quarterly results from q 2. An interesting note was the proof of concept with KPMG was pulled out of by archtis. The new technology offering through direktiv with this acquisition will fulfill the missing components from another failed proof of concept as well as their decision to pull out of the KPMG and from their learnings.

They have been technically selected for NATO and the US secret cloud and currently are being implemented via accenture for another integration with the DOD in the US. This last two weeks there has been some heavy consistent buying of the stock which is quite unusual. Q3 and q4 are historically large licensing renewals and deal flow.

With 6 million of cash take away the costs for the new acquisition the company will need some licence expansion and new deals this calendar year. According to management Microsoft's collaboration has trended up in the last quarter.

Speculative and intriguing six months ahead

archTIS Achieves Major Milestone in Sale of NC Protect to U.S. Department of Defense

Initial licenses to support expected significant expansion across Microsoft DoD365

HIGHLIGHTS:

• A prime government contractor for the U.S. DoD has awarded the contract for an initial 1,000 users of NC Protect as part of ongoing deployment processes.

• The procurement of NC Protect is expected to expand in the coming months across the broader U.S. DoD, including an initial 150,000 users across the warfighter network.

• This would expand the global NC Protect user base 6-fold and would serve as a key driver of growth in FY26.

• The initial license sale is valued at A$38,500 to allow the contractor to enhance systems in a live production environment in preparation for further NC Protect licensing procurement.

archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9, OTCQB:ARHLF) (“archTIS” or the “Company”), a global provider of data-centric software solutions for the secure collaboration of sensitive information, is pleased to announce a significant milestone in its engagement with a U.S. Department of Defense agency. Following months of rigorous validation by a prime government contractor, the archTIS NC Protect solution has successfully passed a major evaluation milestone for collaboration within the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) Microsoft DoD365 cloud environments with an initial 1,000 user award. Mr Daniel Lai, archTIS Managing Director and CEO, stated: “This initial award marks a pivotal milestone in our strategy to penetrate and service the U.S. defence market – the largest in the world. It is a key achievement that evidences our capability in this competitive sector, which is characterised by extensive compliance requirements and strict security standards. By establishing a foothold in this market, we are actively positioning ourselves to capitalise on future opportunities in government and defence. We believe this market will contribute significantly to our overall growth objectives.”

The initial contract for 1,000 user licenses for NC Protect was awarded by a prime government contractor serving the U.S. DoD, which was also responsible for obtaining a fully approved Authority to Operate (“ATO”). The value of the initial licenses is A$38,500 over a six-month period, including limited services, with the procurement contracts being managed by Copper River Technologies – an archTIS partner and federal contract holder since 2024.

The purchase of the licenses will support the prime contractor in developing processes and systems in a live production environment. The next stage of deployment is expected to involve onboarding 150,000 users as part of the first phase in a multi-phase rollout across the warfighter network, with the further potential to extend license coverage more broadly across the U.S. DoD. We anticipate contract signing in the next few months, serving as a key driver of growth in FY26.

Cheers for sharing that @Saasquatch.

Hopefully the overnight success that has been many years in the making is just around the corner.

I think this is a much bigger sentiment change in the business than the market is perceiving.

Underpriced

The company should be demonstrating a much higher MC, based on this fact alone and with high likelihood according to management that NC protect is rolled out to the DOD at the capacity's mentioned of 150,000 users at first phase.

This could produce a contract of anywhere between 5-10m dollars/year for that many users.

A significant re-rate in this company will follow if, as management states, a contract eventuates.
