It would be an good way to get a snapshot on how the strawpeople are thinking @Strawman

@Shapeshifter @Rick @GazD its actually my cunning counterattack to keep the DevOps busy so they can’t keep knocking the Parrot of its perch. :-)

But seriously, while it duplicates part of the intent of “likes” the fact is we like well-argued views even if we disagree with them, in great part, because it is the diversity of views that makes the platform valuable, probably more so than the agreement and groupthink.

Of course, the risk is we get flooded with polls on when $BTC is going to break the next level, but hopefully the mute function would apply. :-)

I've got an idea that is similar to what you suggest, but it's part of a broader overhaul and will take a bit of work. Something I'll chew over during the end of year break and potentially implement next year.
