I would have kinda liked the PAR options to get triggered at $0.65+ but seems unlikely the price will rise the required 50% to get there by 4pm today!
That would have diluted existing shareholders but effectively raises at a price higher than today and 50% higher than the $0.43 at the last raise.
If all 13% exercised at $0.65, this would bring in about AU$40m by my calcs - about half the expected trial costs over 2 years.
The big win from this would be the breathing room and negotiating power PAR would have to extract a good deal for shareholders from trial and commercialisation partners.
But in the end you can want what ever you like, we'll get what we're given by Mr Market and his merry band of mischief makers.
