Founder Mohamed Yoosuff has purchased 1,000,000 shares on market at $3.78 on 28 November total value $3.78m.

That takes his holding from 7,702,849 ordinary fully paid shares to 8,702,849. He also holds 2,628,590 ordinary fully paid shares indirectly so he increased his total holding by just under 10%.

No one knows the business better than him.

I guess he didn't need the money to reduce his mortgage after alll.

Sold 1m shares at $5.10. Bought 1m shares at $3.78 3 months later. Nancy Pelosi level trading.

@mushroompanda LOL. @Shapeshifter is right, ... no-one knows this business better than Mohamed.

So, I guess my valuation $5.00 ($4.00 - $6.00) is wrong afterall. It should be $3.78 - $5.10!

Yes this transaction adds to my concerns that we have a good business but management that are possibly not completely trustworthy. That’s an avoidable risk so it’s heading off my watchlist for now.

There were some similar things to this happening at EML a few years back before it subsequently plummeted as all the dirty laundry eventually came out. Exiting early served me well there so will stick to that discipline again here.

I agree @Shapeshifter.

You could tell at the AGM that the Chair and CEO were shell-shocked by the Guidance SP response - that was my sense, anyway. Mohamed has clearly gone "I'll show them". I tend to agree with him, but I am already at a fairly full position, so I am not following suit.

Good on him though. Hardly small change!

I think I can comfortably say buying $3.78m worth of shares is not signaling not that I’ve ever done that!
