Just wondering if people have had experience with crowd sourced funding through something like Swarmer. My partner has been in a vegetable co-op type arrangement called Box Divvy and they are now having a private offer of shares through Swarmer. The financials are pretty sparse and obviously any investment is completely illiquid, but just wondering if the collective wisdom here has insights into similar private equity type investments and things to watch for.
