It started with a 45-minute "fire-side chat" with White, Dammery and Cartledge discussing culture, RW's new role, how decision-making works. Some great insights into the culture and how it aligns with the vision of creating the operating system for global logistics. We've of course heard many of the elements before over the years, but it is great to hear the update given the new management context.
