Co-founders Dr Sam Hupert and Mr Anthony Hall have each sold 1 million PME shares during the current trading window.

The transaction, is in response to approaches from a number of high-quality institutional investors. It was conducted at the closing market price on the 3rd

December 2024 of $256.73

Despite many sales along the way, I still own a significant holding in my RL portfolio (well it is significant to me) courtesy of a TMF Hidden Gems Rec back in 2015.

I get nervous when I think about PME being 17% of my RL portfolio so spare a thought for Sam and Anthony who remain the two largest shareholders in the company, both retaining in excess of 24 million shares each, now that's conviction for you. Can't say I begrudge them selling a mere 1 million shares then.

That should buy them a nice little runabout for Christmas.
