Vmoto announced yesterday after market close they intend to delist - Citing undervaluation of shares on ASX as reason

And will do a buyback of 10% of shares

Turns out there has been a big discussion about this happening on hot copper for the last month or more - as well as issues with board.

Company is 50% owned by insiders - and looks to me a very high risk that they are looking to take advantage of retail shareholders while its undervalued

Its a shame this never came up on Strawman - would have liked to have known this earlier.

Buy back at 12c but shares dropped down to 7ish cents. Risky arbitrage bet unless you know any large holder won't try get in on the buyback and I can't work out if the 19th exdate is based on settlement or trade date.

Announcement a sign that management doesn't care about small shareholders. As someone who had this on a watch as a potential value trade I'm glad management showed their hand without me investing and finding out later.
