Hello,

I am interested in Qantas but all that anyone seems to talk about is the cost of fuel. The loyalty program efforts seem interesting also and I wnoder how that factors in? Seems like Qantas is donig good things to bolster their brand engagement with Qantas Health Insurance, the Wellbeing App, Qantas Energy and probably other things that I have not discovered yet. How does this factor in to their bottom line?
