Basically alleging that DW has been bullying and said som inappropriate  things.

DW does like to say some things that are right on the edge. But I personally love that. For instance, his comments about Gina Rinehart and Andrew Forrest being the custodians of lands in Australia I find very witty. And I have Aboriginal blood in me.

The part about Bullying is strange. It doesn't come across that way in any of the webinars. They seem to work really well as a team.

Why now......???

  • Shorts obviously knew this was happening (why is this not insider trading?)
  • Maybe part of the short play to push down when RoW growth was slow.
  • Also explains why DW was not happy in the H1FY2025 webinar.

What happens if DW resigns?

  • Will it push the SP down (yep I think it will)
  • Will DW sell his shares (Maybe....but he loves to make good deals...so I think this is unlikley at these SP levels)
  • Who would step up to Chair? The other board members are pretty quiet and seem to sit in the back.

Best to wait and see how this unfolds.....

To answer the will he sell question... I remember from a podcast where he was interviewed and he talked about always getting a free carry amount of shares (and I think some control too). In which case my guess would be he would sell if he was kicked off the board to lock in that free carry trade. He knows how to sell a stocks story and doubt the share price would have been so high without his promotion of the company.

I see this alert has popped up...........PNV confirms that on Friday last week there was a confidential discussion with the Chief Executive

Officer, Mr Swami Raote, requesting his agreement to cease his employment with PNV effective

June 2025 at the end of his contractual notice period and to step down as Chief Executive Officer

effective from an earlier date. The discussion proposed terms for his separation if agreement was

reached and revealed that non-executive director, Dr Robyn Elliott, would be stepping into the role

as Acting Chief Executive Officer pending the appointment of a permanent replacement
