Develop (DVP) also got smashed down 6% on the update.

Market appears also to be pointing the finger at the contractor too.

Either market is right about DVP being wrong or they are just incorrect in that assumption,

it is hard to say. I'm sort of thinking Develop has nothing to do with this as they are just following what BGL wants done.
