Wow. Who would have thought PNV would be back at $1.

To me it appears that three things have caused this downturn:

  • RoW sales growth slump
  • CEO and Chair fight and all that then happened
  • Trumps Tariffs

So we have no new insights on RoW growth.

We have no new CEO, no new board members or if they are all a happy family again internally

Trump’s tariffs were discussed at the last meeting. And it was stated they had stockpiled lots of product in USA to get ahead of it. And a 10% tariffs is more than offset by the $AUS against the $USA So for PNV I’m not too worried about this.

I note that Fidelity now have more than 10% of PNV

So what would be the catalyst for SP to move up :

  • New CEO and board. (Will Fidelity want a board seat?)
  • RoW growth back up around 50%
  • positive India news?
  • new products
  • takeover.

anyone here will to take a punt on the above and buy now?

im very tempted

@Parko5 I agree with your assessment.

I'm not tempted at the moment. On a relative valuation basis, a lot of companies are starting to look attractive (taking a long term view), and I am going to take my time and be careful in shuffling the portfolio (if I do that), even if I don't get the timing right.

DW said in a recent newspaper article that $PNV could get back to 50% revenue growth. (I think that was on the stage at the recent Food Forum he was at.) Really? What stunts would they pull to have to achieve that? That has me even more worried.

I think with the right management that $PNV could be worth $2/share in the not too distant future. But can they attract the right management? There's too many open questions on this one for me.
