AR9 High Growth SAAS, Top Secret Data Management Business - Sticky and high margin

The market has been trying to digest and articulate through price the value of what is transpired over the last week starting the 16/6/25. The company will continue to be in price discovery when it returns from suspension (previously explained).

I have been cultivating notes over four years since being an owner of the company and riding the tumultuous ups and downs. I will post access to viewable content created from these notes through my use of ai. Obviously, these views are my own and the notes are my own, taken from various meetings. You will find a plethora of information through quarterly webinars and digging through Microsoft commentary. Given this is a secretive space with above top-secret protection, it is difficult to draw links and give reference to tangible evidence, however, I've done my best effort to do so. Please keep that in mind and understand that this is not gospel but merely my musings.

Upon reflection over the weekend, and certainly not doing a victory lap just yet, these notes were necessary to not only build but maintain confidence and conviction as the share price slowly eroded over the years.

I felt like an idiot for years and months until I didn't and then I felt like a genius. Neither of which are true...The psychology of markets played its tricks on me and I even sold a large package one month ago, fortunately I remain a top 20 holder.

My father-in-law told me he didn't want to sit around reading in his retirement and that always bugged me, at the time I didn't know how to articulate that I make money from my brain so putting in the work and learning about the past helps me predict the future. Progress isn't linear and yet our brains only have the capability to think linearly. An exciting few weeks and months ahead for this company.

Archtis has always been a difficult one to understand for me. Lots of potential and sticky customers. Think the downside is the talent required to implement the requirements needed for those customers which would cut into the margin. Then of course sometimes the announcements get a bit pumpy which has led to this trading suspension.

I still watch though. Used to hold this and interesting that it is recovering close to my sale price which was in the low 30s

I also remember receiving a downvote for my first straw on AR9 here when this site used to allow them (I believe it was a link to an interview to Eureka report) but could not understand why and no one put any feedback about it..

I haven't been with Strawman long enough to remember downvoting.. Bring back the Biff... lol ;)

My biggest concern, as a complete layman, is the heavy lifting involving for the client organisation implementing it.. ABAC or Attribute Based Access Control sounds like you need to know everyone's Attributes.. which sounds easy, they are employees after all... But I've worked in organisations (some famous global names) which could not tell you how many employees there are at any one point in time.. Let alone if an individual from (say) Finance has the right Attributes to be able to Access a particular document.

The use case for Government and Defence organisations is undeniable.. I would imagine (hope) with Cyber breaches in civilian organisations wreaking havoc that AR9's tech becomes the answer.

But I would hope for that, because I own IRL and on SM.
