Thanks @Clio - I just added a straw that explains why David Macgeorge (SRG's MD) and Roger Lee (their CFO) are incentivised to get the share price up in the last week of June each year. If I was holding SRG I would be happier about it, but the short version is that after their half year report is the time to buy them, not in June.

Although based on their share price over the past couple of years - since the end of October 2023 anyway - you'll still make money in SRG even if you do buy in June @Clio - as you have - just perhaps not as much as if you bought in March - but hindsight is a wonderful thing - I only really put the pieces together this arvo - after noticing a bit of a pattern with their contract win announcements.
