@Magneto and I just had a great ~2.5-hour lunch. I decided, given we are now a multinational, that we would go all out and dine at a Michelin Star restaurant!! Hawker Chan was the first Hawker (outdoor eatery) to be awarded one Michelin Star!! For the princely sum of S$3.50 you get some pretty amazing Chicken Rice.

Magneto and I talked about everything needed to set the world right.. When to sell DRO, AR9 is going to set the world on fire, politics, Family, Kids.......... of course... how crazy Australian's are when it comes to Real Estate, too many companies and investments options to list here..

We discussed the fact Australian non-residents living in Singapore and Dubai don't pay Capital Gains tax or tax on Dividends on ASX listed companies.. You know..... all the good stuff!!

It was a wonderful catch up!
