Sold part of the business for $40M, which is about 10 cents/share. Take a bit out for transition costs and tax and still it trades at 10.5 cents. Probably should be closer to 15 cents.

Anyway they still have the rights to the insurance claim or recouping the large unpaid bill, which is probaby around 1 cent/share if they can get it all back via legals.

Might be a couple of months before they clarify the financials and perhaps the future direction of the company.
