In this case @raymon68 this is actually a notice of a change of the name of the Substantial Shareholder, which they lodge using the same form (Change of Interest) as a change of percentage ownership, but the percentage ownership remains unchanged - they don't own any more or less than the last notice they provided. SOL are going to have to do this with EVERY company that Brickworks or Soul Patt's do have a "Subs" position in, because of the merger of the two companies. And they'll likely have to do it again each time the name of the new company (created by the merger) changes.
