Unfortunately for investors, the "senior executive" under this cloud is Robert Kelly himself.

Why can't some of these folks keep it in their pants? Is it just me, or do these kinds of instances seem to be on a steady rise in recent times?

I think there’s a heightened attention to governance over the last 12 months, especially in Australia.

WTC and JHX, like the Shield fraud here and Tricolour in the US.

Going to be hard to know what’s true and what’s not now. Going to be a lot of true and false allegations thrown around.

Interesting time for SDF too with Rob Kelly all but due to retire within 12-18 months.

I am surprised, but as you say, lets hear the full story. RK is an old school "touchy-feely" type manager, probably not appropriate for this century. recall his unusual faewell for the long-standing CFO at the last results. below

And I'd just like to say, as far as I'm concerned, he's been an unbelievable support to me. He has terrible jokes. I want to seek his one liners. And he has poor judgment on football and the clubs. He backs up the West Tigers. I don't think I've had more intimate relationship with anybody in my life than I've had with Stephen and how we think about life, how we think about people and how driven we both were to make this a success

RK has done an outstanding job, but this is a great business model, id be a buyer on a big dip IMO

It is very hard to factor into my investing thesis ,is the CEO "touch feely" (not implying any guilt here) and could lead to lawsuits and a drop in company shareprice ;-)

Fortunately, it doesn't look like Dick LeBlanc (formerly known as Richard White) levels of foolin' around here. Largely verbal according to the speculation from the AFR.
