Let's just call it out guys, someone had prior info about the proposed acquisition. I hope they have all of their bases covered if investigated!!

Waiting further info on the proposed acquisition with interest.

There's a reason we've seen so little successful prosecutions of insider trading -- it's just diabolically difficult to prove. But the optics here sure aint great!

I'll reserve judgement on the acquisition until details are released, but given the track record of acquisitions in general i am a little trepidatious..
