noticed the share price drop 30%

checked and it appears there is a capital return. Trading halt. Then Share purchase plan announced.

How do we interpret the business rationale for this capital return and share purchase plan?

is this a way for major shareholders to reduce there exposure without selling shares?

is this good or bad for retail shareholders?

@MMKC i dont look at this closely, but have SOL for my daughter. i wouldn't panic. they sold infrastructure and are returning the capital, is my read. the SOL team have input here. i think the SPP is if retail investors want to retain a $ exposure and increase their share of the company. good deal? depends on the business outlook, not much for me to add there. i am happy SOL are taking some capital off the table here. but that's my own view.
