Non-binding indicative proposal to acquire Humm Group Limited

Credit Corp Group Limited (ASX:CCP, “Credit Corp”) refers to the announcement issued today by Humm

Group Limited (ASX: HUM, “Humm”) regarding the receipt of a non-binding indicative proposal from Credit

Corp to acquire 100 per cent of Humm.

Credit Corp confirms that it submitted a confidential, conditional, non-binding indicative proposal on 19

November 2025 seeking access to due diligence information, which has not yet been provided.

There is no certainty a transaction will eventuate. Credit Corp will update shareholders as appropriate and in

accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
