@Summer12 - I felt the same way after the meeting. If I hadn't already taken a position, I probably would have held off.

One thing I've noted is that many small cap companies, often especially the founder-led ones, tend to wallow for a time, not quite directionless but almost as if casting around for the path forward, before getting in new board or management that forces a streamlining and focusing on the business. THEN they start to move forward more steadily.

Re VR1, I can't recall off the top of my head if they've had new blood brought in, but regardless, it'll be of interest to see what they're proposing!
