Wondering if anyone is onboard Stake Super as their SMSF provider? Wanting to understand your experience, both at startup and ongoing annually.

Just happened to come across the Stake full-frontal against eSuperfund, claiming to provide the same service for $990/year vs eSuperfunds $1,499/year. https://hellostake.com/au/comparison/stake-super-vs-esuperfund

I have been with eSuperfund for 10 years now, happy as Larry could be with the service. Am just about completing my FY2025 return. It will be the first annual return when all the previous queries that I used to have around figures in my Annual Return (2-3 queries, max, no more, mostly to get the breakdown of what made up a number) has already been pre-answered via data that is now fully self-service accessible online. This is good improvement of the service and the efficiency continues to noticeably improve each year.

The process to get clarification was not hard. Submit a request and wait 1 day for the response - a very quick process really, and I have no complaints whatsoever, as this is typically the only time I engage with eSuperfund in any given year, if at all.

At 2/3 the cost of eSuperfund for what sounds like the same service, thought it would good to have a poke around and see if it makes sense to switch. Cheap isn't always good, but the gap is quite a decent one to ignore ...
