A big cost increase for Sunrise construction (due to increased production of cobalt), the long timeframe to complete construction (not before 2021), and less emphasis on Scandium, all contributed to the big decline in the CLQ SP since the release of their Sunrise DFS last week, however I am assuming that tax-loss selling has played a reasonable part in the severity of the decline also.  I am therefore going to add some more CLQ to my Strawman portfolio as a short-term trade.  I think we'll see a recovery of sorts next week (in July).  I don't think they'll be back above $1 in a mad rush, but I think they'll be higher than the 75c level they're at now.
