@mikebrisy The long term ARR target of $1B by 2030 requires an annual compound growth of only 12.5%.

The forecast of ARR growth 16% to 18% should bring this long term target well within range.

The ARR growth rate since 2020 has averaged above 20%.

@Byrnesty agreed - followers of $TNE have been saying for a while that the ARR of $1bn by 2030 is too soft.

Even in my model low case scenarios I have them getting there in FY29.

TNE is the story I have decided to back into this SaaS maelstrom, so I im delighted with this announcement. However, it's a long way from putting the glasses down (it's not over), imo, but the company's moves and positioning are promising and relatively strong.

Indeed @Solvetheriddle . I chose my metaphor very carefully. While we might be seeing The SaaSpire Strikes Back, we must also await The Return of the JedAI.

That is pure gold @mikebrisy both The SaaSpire Strikes Back, and The Return of the JedAI.

Makes me wonder why no one has called their AI Jed...???

@Tom73 nothing like a bit of fun.

Yesterday was a big milestone for me.

It's over 30 years since I did any serious coding (engineer, so FORTRAN77), but yesterday I worked with ChatGPT to code up in Python my first web-scraping data analytics tool. Over about 8 iterations, we coded the tool and successfully ran it in 45 minutes work. Last time I attempted the task manually, it took me the best past of one day. And try as I might, I couldn't prompt ChatGPT to do the analysis on its own. Now I can run it at will in a few seconds.

So, for me, yesterday was The Python Menace.

Sorry, couldn't resist.
