Further interesting news out of PWH with the Lead Independent Director resigning effective immediately. Link to the announcement here -

We now have the top 4 leadership positions in the company all changing in the past 6 months. CEO, CFO, Chair and Lead Independent Director.

It could all be OK but rarely is this kind of thing a sign of an aligned and highly productive team in my experience...

And another one today. The Company Secretary is leaving effective immediately. Her replacement wont start till June but for some reason the current assistant Co-Sec and Legal Counsel isn't taking the role but will fill it in the mean time???

There's something big going on there and as we saw with Oscar Piastri yesterday, even very talented people can crash into the wall when something unexpected happens!!!
