It took a few tries to get the prompt right @DrPete, but other than that it was just a 15 min wait or so while it rendered the video. I used NotebookLM to do it, because it only references the material you provide it (in this case, the content we generated here on Strawman and in the meeting). Otherwise, it might search the net or use training data and therefore provide content that we as a group never generated.

I am using that to also create the final report, but like last time I do spend some time editing it because it doesn't get it quite right. Definitely a big time saver, but you have to keep a close eye on the output.
