Enrolment is now complete for the pivotal Phase 3 Osteoarthritis Trial, 538 participants (up from 466 targeted), will receive a 2mg/kg dosing twice weekly for six weeks. Webinar this Thursday (Register: Phase 3 Trial Update).

Expected Schedule for Upcoming Milestones

·        Interim Analysis Population Completes Day 112 Assessments (Q3 CY2026),

·        Independent DSMB Review of Interim Analysis Dataset (Q3 CY2026),

·        Interim Analysis Outcome and Recommendation (Q3 CY2026),

·        Phase 3 Primary Endpoint Top-Line Results (Q1 CY2027).

Also, today is when the options issued via the last capital raise should be quotable. I don’t have any, if anyone does let me know if they are quoted, I am interested in what value they may trade for.

@Tom73 I just nudged up my RL ASX position to 1.0% at $0.16. (I don't know where the options are at, as I didn't participate in the CR.)

I know I am being a little timid here (compared with my other speculative bets) however, I just can't shake that gnawing concern that even though the trial is well-powered, and the multiple Phase 2 results look good, that we could get a significant response in the placebo arm, and that the probability of an inconclusive results at the interim stage is higher than might be considered on the basis of a simple read-through from Phase 2. (That's the risk with subjective pain perception end points.)

If there is a strong positive signal at the interim read-out, I fully expect the SP to pop (a lot), but my thinking is that the upside here is so great that even paying up on that event, it will still make sense on a risk-adjusted basis.

So I am going to leave my current chips on the table, and focus my effort on what "good enough" needs to look like for me in the Phase 3 Interim readout, to add 2x or 3x at that stage. It will be important to form my own view on the quantitative results on the day, and not be unduly swayed by how management describe them. So, the "to do" on my work list is to develop my "go-no-go" criteria, for the interim result.

So all eyes on September.

No sign of the attaching options @Tom73. I think they are listing after the market close today?

I share your concern about the quality of the read-out results @mikebrisy, the subjectivity in the measurement, despite being clinically appropriate, gives me pause on the value if it goes to market. That doesn’t rule out a large pop in the price on a clear, good result Vs placebo as you suggest.

I am also at about 1%, so a tepid commitment. That is why I am looking at the options and hoping they are tradeable. If I can 5 x my exposure via options at a cost of another 50% capital deployed then we are back to a good risk/reward payoff that may warrant deploying more capital.

Obviously if the Phase 3 is doubtful or fails the options are worthless, but the share price probably halves = same outcome.

Thanks @OliverC00, keep us updated.

Cheers.

100% agree with this @mikebrisy its all about defining ahead of time what result would demand more investment. In reality I suppose it’s what result predicts the drug getting to market or at the very least attracting a take over bid…
