There are more cockroaches here that are yet to comeout. Reminds me of vocus except Vocus had:

  • underlying infrastructure.
  • Sticky-ish customer base.

Key Questions:

  • What's the brand loyalty here to Sukin etc?
  • How quickly could the revenue fall away? From what we can gather, it could do so quite quickly.

Imho, another downgrade coming.

It's funny to look back 3 months ago and see that I thought it seemed cheap then. It's much "cheaper" now!

Agreed. Although we have seen a serious slow down in growth, and a lot is dependent on a big uptick in the second half. A PE of 12 seems too good to be true -- is the market really that silly? I need to do more work on this one..
