As per Michael Roddan of the AFR, it appears the ASX is taking an interest in the delays by AKP to produce their speaker. A good reminder for myself that sometimes it's better to wait until actual revenues are coming in before investing in something that is all story.

Graeme Newing summarises the bull case (see link below). Keep in mind he owns 20,000 shares. This has got to be one of the more interesting companies I've come across. They potentially have a game changing product they've yet to produce with a massive TAM. However, they've been unable to even create a final working version of the product for several years. I think Graeme is excessively optimistic. I haven't had time to read all 22 pages but I don't expect this company to amount to anything. I'll add it to my watchlist out of curiousity more than anything.

Market Herald article touches on the bear case. Basically management has been promising a game-changing speaker for forever. CEO Fred Bart has sold roughly 85% of his shares based on the most recent T20 (compared to data from SimplyWallSt so worth double checking this).
