IMO this is a way the largest share holders can get more of their cash into a company without going open trade as the liquidity in this stock is pathetic. I'm thinking they think it's a sure bet given the company's current position. I've been buying under the 5.89$ share price. Who needs a 1 for 50 with the total position that I'm playing with. Tell me I'm wrong somebody!

As Lev owns about half the company if the capital raise was too big he might find it difficult to take up his full amount and his holding would be diluted.

As I bought my initial holding at a much lower price and also added some in the last capital raise at 87c ANO is one of my larger holdings and I am glad any raising is small as possible. Others who have held for a reasonable length of time probably have a similar opinion.

It is difficult for me to think of adding more at this price but I guess I have to not anchor to my buy price and decide if the company is a good investment at the raising price and if the capital raise is the best place for me to put more cash just now.

Can someone tell me why you would go for a 1:50 offer instead of a say 1:10? Is it so the people that already hold heaps of shares and insto have more of a chance to put in larger amounts of money instead of mum and dad retail putting in smaller amounts?
