I am having a hard time understanding how this works. Does Openlearning fund 1/2 the course design fee using OpenCreds Investment fund while getting large revenue share on future enrollments? Does the fund run in a different model to Openlearning? I am actually soo confused with the jargon they used to explain the Opencreds Framework. It seems game changing to the universities, but I don't understand why. Is the structural shift coming from universities changing their strategy from multi-year degrees to shorter targeted degrees with short courses for in-demand industries? Anyone have ideas on this :)
