Hi Guys,

This is my first post... i feel i got really lucky with this one!! I was in Peterborough for work in March and was at the pub chatting to the locals and found out the following;

The pub and a few parcels of land had been aquired by the company;

The airport had been resufaced (this is unusal as the town is in the middle of no where and like most country towns is slowing down) 

So i researched a little bit and discovered they were sitting on a nice high quality Ore deposit which is close to infrastracture... this week the SP went nuts on Tuesday mainly due to a prmoising article.

Some time you just get lucky :)
