Plenty of positive language around BVS from their net cash position of $100M, continued growth in the mid teens, good earnings visability etc....etc.

Despite a consensus PT of $6.00 and a recent on market director purchase the shares have continued to simply drift lower and lower to a point where they must either be a screaming buy or a falling knife.....I'm simply not sure which?
