TLDR: I'm voting in favour of all resolutions.

My list of reasons to vote against the current board:

1. They made a bad call when they chose not to sell Thorn Business Finance
2. Lack of transparency:They haven't communicated their plan for the company in the short, medium or long term
3. My trust in the existing team efficiently using incoming funds to leverage the Radio Rentals brand is low.

My list of reasons to vote in favor of Vaspip 2 propose to replace the board:

1. They plan on returning excess capital to current shareholders
2. De-merging Radio Rentals and Thorn Business Finance provides shareholders the CHOICE to stay or walk away from the company.

I'm going to vote YES/FOR for all proposals.
