Someone else mentioned LPD as a potential takeover target about a year ago. Since then the situation has changed but the technology they have is gaining relevance. So if there was a value in the technology for someone bigger I'd say they would need to offer a good premium to the 1 cent price it is at now. Potentially a multiple of the current price...
