Similarly the right to buy shares for either rights issue or SPP, offered at a price discounted. I am currently in this circumstance with MAY (Melbana Energy). I will add a straw for MAY when I get time.

@Bondie

Not sure how capital re-distrubtions are usually handled on Strawman, but I would imagine that it will be structured similarly to a dividend in that the amount is used to purchase addtional shares.

@Strawman, I would love to get an understanding of how the site will capture this given that I do hold them in my portfolio.

In terms of the SP today, I added HZN to my portfolio to engage in some arbitrage of price, however the stock fell 25% today as it went ex-dividend, representing the 25% in capital that was redistributed to shareholders. Given the price fell 25% I am not at a loss, nor a gain. In fact, I would be better off in real life as I would be able to use the capital loss to offset and effectively "negatively gear" against my income.

It depends on how S&P handle things, but in this instance I'de expect a dividend adjutsment to be made.

But if the data doesnt come through as expected we can manually adjust. If there hasnt been any change by market close tuesday, shoot me a reminder and I'll get it all sorted.
