I use marketindex.com.au  which provides a list of top 20 shareholders and Directors' interests. I have not checked how good it is in identifying all director-controlled interests, but I assume that director-controlled interests (e.g. family trusts) are included in the Director interests as these have to be disclosed to the ASX.

Is there a site or database that stores the major shareholders of a company and their percentage stake? I know there is an ASX requirement for a 5% substantial holding notice so I expect a database to be our there somewhere. Wondering if anyone has access to such a thing.
