Can someone explain to me why a company would decide to dual-list on 2 stock exchanges? And also why a company would choose to list on a share market in a foreign country ?
Some companies dual list because it allows them to raise more capital and it can also improve liquidity with a larger investor base. For businesses with operations in multiple countries it may also be advantageous in helping them raise awareness of their product in the foreign country.
