Completely agree with you there @bjbart. 

The political aspect is a very real part of the discussion for any company like QPM that has a lot of business in rural areas. The livelihood of a lot of those communities are tied to the mining and industrial projects that employ large numbers. With a lot of the world looking to push a greener and more environmentally future, sometimes this can cause tension in these sort of communities when politicians look at the mining projects as black or white, good for the environment or not good for the environment. It negates the human aspect of the issue, which is that closing down one of these projects can mean that hundreds or thousands of workers no longer have a paycheck. 

That is where companies like Queensland Pacific Metals really shine. They are able to continue to employee workers while running projects that are sustainable. Add the current push towards sustainability in projects with the electric vehicle sector and you have two tailwinds that will work in QPM's favour, especially for their TECH project they are working on in Townsville. I continue to be very bullish on this company.
