I found this to be quite a good - and amusing - explanation of how insidious and destructive confirmation bias is. It's definitely something I am guilty of in investing. There's nothing better than coming across someone's views on a company that supports your previously held beliefs. Warning: if you are of a delicate disposition this may not be for you but if you are a fan of Tim Minchin than you know what you are getting.
