@BigStrawbs70 if you are an existing holder of FDV there would be no point in buying shares today at a price of close to $0.60 (day low $0.585) as the capital raise price is the lower of $0.56 or 2.5% discount to the 5 day VWAP.

You will pay a lower price with no brokerage costs with the SPP.

Best to wait and see how the SP reacts over the next few weeks (SPP closes 5pm on 27/4).

If the SP remains above the offer price then the SPP will be heavily oversubscribed and oversubscriptions may or may not be accepted.
