Nice work by Droneshield on their recent US order. Definitely better than a kick in the teeth !

Just one mans opinion.....but I'm of the mind it's still way too early to make a call on their long term success.

Details on the order are very scarce obviously.

But that order size is quite small by US military standards, and feels like a very "early phase evaluation" type order.

The U.S make lots of orders that size just to see how new tech goes in the field. Often it leads nowhere and doesn't usually indicate wide spread adoption.

For example they might fit out one batallion deploying overseas with an alternative model assault rifle, then 12 months later......no more orders.

Or.... it might be simply an order for specialised evaulation unit that operates independently of the larger military.

Could easily go either way, so too early for me. Still a crowded space....
