If I was a mind reader, I think they’re trying to simply point out their addressable market is more than just government customers…..
The end customer IS a government customer, there's just a Swiss non-government arms dealer in the middle that's all (it says this in the announcement).

The narrative is there for DRO.
Have to think a company like Raytheon comes in and takes DRO out.
