Morning Guys

Just a shout out to @Strawman and @Wini for an excellent interview yesterday. Resonated with the discussion on Pattern Recognition and Compounding of knowledge. Never identified them as such, but so true. Unfortunately, I forgot to factor in the shift away from non profitable high growth stocks so was still anchored on the winning recipe associated with companies such as Zero, Wisetech, Altium etc. Need to open my mind to Wini's thoughts on small cap industrials. Translates as 'Slow but Sure' but can generate market beating returns over time. I'm concentrated on my highest conviction stocks right now, but need to expand the portfolio over the next 12 months.

For anybody that missed the meeting yesterday, well worth a listen. Ideal for doing some 'self' reflection.
