Had this on my watchlist when it appeared on my scan

IMR is a medical device company that is developing a heart monitoring device for cardiac ablation. Hopefully someone has better knowledge of what that means here otherwise it will take time for me to research.

I do know like Cyclopharm, they were also impacted by Covid lockdowns.

Took a look at a few funding announcements as they popped up but couldn't make heads or tails out of these. They seem pretty positive from a funding perspective

The one I'm really interested in is below:

Anyone know what this Secure Subscription is? Seems like a positive if the call options have an X price of 61c. It means now they are in the money.

IMR has done 100% return in a month since I added into my watchlist at 35c when the directors started buying.

Found a link which gives a overview on the company products. Won't repeat here what is presented on thevlink.

But no overview of the recent funding structure which I think contributed to the price surge.

Also before those announcements IMR had only a few quarters of cash. So buying at 40c was a punt on IMR securing extra funding which has now happened.
