Melbourne, Australia and Dallas, Texas -3 June 2021---Dubber Corporation Limited (ASX: DUB) (Dubber), today announced that Cisco Webex Calling and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cloud (UCM) will now include Dubber call recording as part of all Cisco Webex and UCM services at no additional cost to users.

Now, Webex Calling and UCM users with the ability to record any and all conversations as an included feature of their Webex subscription. If a user or business requires additional features such as extended storage, video recording, transcription, sentiment analysis or AI-enriched insights, they can simply upgrade their Dubber plan from within Cisco’s Control Hub with immediate access and effect.

Business users that have compliance or regulatory requirements to record and store calls can easily ensure recording, replay and data storage via the Cisco Webex platform, meeting their compliance obligations, regardless of the employee work location -a major concern for businesses as a result of the significant shift to remote and hybrid workforce arrangements

Dubber has launched their own identity provider single sign-on (IdP SSO). The new functionality enables businesses to manage access to recordings on the Dubber platform through their existing identity provider (IdP).

December 2020 Quarterly Activities and Business Update for the quarter ended 31 December 2020.

Dubber December 2019 Quarterly Activities, Business Update & Appendix 4C

Highlights:

  • Revenue for the quarter was $2.4m; an increase of 11.8% from September quarter of $2.15m and 89% on previous corresponding period (pcp) (December 2018 of $1.27m);

Dubber Live as Cisco Webex Calling Call Recording Platform

Dubber Corporation Limited (ASX: DUB) (‘Dubber’ or ‘the Company’), the world’s most scalable cloud call recording service, is pleased to advise that Dubber call recording is now live and globally available for Cisco Webex Calling customers.

Call recording is provided by Dubber as an embedded solution and is available for ordering by Cisco’s global Value Added Resellers (VARs), switched on through the Cisco Control Hub provisioning system.

Dubber anticipates, in the near future, that the services will also be published on the Cisco price list and available via the Cisco order entry system. Dubber will then provide further details regarding the addressable market.

Revenue from the Cisco Webex Calling service will be dependent on the take-up of the Dubber service on the platform.

Dubber September 2019 Quarterly Activities, Business Update & Appendix 4C

From Chairman's Letter (Annual Report 30th September 2019)

The Company’s key metrics showed impressive increases through the year. In the 12 months to 30 June 2019:

  • Active users increased by 222% to 94,825 (2018: 29,405);
  • Operating revenue grew from $1,502,734, to $5,547,540; a 269% increase;
  • Partnering with telecommunication service providers increased by 179% to 106;
  • Successful capital raisings in November 2018 and April 2019, totalling $27m.

The Dubber Platform and business plan continues to:

Disrupt an existing hardwarebased, multi-billion dollar call recording industry with a highly scalable, Platform asa Service (PAAS) ‘Op-Ex’ model.

Expand the use-case and revenue opportunities from mandated ‘always on’ compliance recording for every call, to transactional ‘On Demand’ recordings delivering customer insights and commercial benefit.

Create a content rich data base from which users can release value.

During the year, Dubber continued to engage with some of the largest global organisations:

  1. IBM, one of the world’s largest multinational information technology company, is engaging with its large enterprise customers to implement the Dubber service leading to further commercial agreements;
  2. The acquisition of BroadSoft by Cisco has created a substantial market opportunity. With Dubber’s recording platform and data capture service embedded into Cisco / BroadCloud, this has enabled the Company to procure telecommunications service providers as clients at an increasing rate.

  • Following the successful $22m capital raising completed in April, the Company commenced scaling business resources in line with growth opportunities, successfully adding additional leadership team members;
