Cisco's webex has 29 million business users. Dubber is the default global provider for this and other services: "The Dubber platform provides recording and voice AI solutions for BroadWorks and Cisco HCS  platforms and is the Global provider of call recording for Cisco BroadCloud (BroadCloud Carrier, BroadCloud Calling & Cisco Webex Calling)".

Put two and two together and you have quite a large addressable market. Dubber only has 69k users at the moment, growing at 50% QoQ last two quarters.
