First time post so excuse me if some of this is readily known. Been reading the posts about EMV- I hold the stock privately and have done really well from it but can't see how the high valuation can be justified, apart from rosy optimism. The stock has been as high as $4. I'm excited about the concept of a mobile readily usable stroke diagnostic imager for regional citizens here and for the rest of the world.

Unknown to me is the competition. So off I have started reading- the first point of reference is the Australian Stroke Alliance who have issued funds to at least two organisations to develope a mobile X-ray unit suitable for diagnosing stroke type to allow suitable on the ground treatment. This is a time related issue as the first 4 hours are critical for rapid and full recovery- hence regional people (think Royal Flying Doctor) are at a distinct disadvantage in having time for diagnosis and treatment. Hence the clot busting drugs are much needed where appropriate.

Please see image from ASI- indicates 3 products they are backing. MicroX is well covered in Strawman but Lite CT? I can't find any information about it. Both MicroX and EMV have been funded through the ASI (and assume LiteCT). While not stated I would assume the mobile stroke ambulance in Melbourne has the MicroX machine as its being developed there.

ASI story- see link https://austrokealliance.org.au/our-story/

See MicroX info on the mobile brain scanner- https://micro-x.com/products/ct-brain-scanner/

And competition overseas?

Some food for thought.
